Returns and Refunds

We’re confident you’ll love your new pieces from The Fit Collection as much as we do. Our Returns and Refunds policy has been designed to be clear, fair, and easy to follow, ensuring a smooth experience for all customers.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return for store credit, which can be used to exchange your item. Refunds are only issued for faulty or damaged items, or for items purchased at full price with no discount code applied.

Items purchased on sale, during a promotion, or with a discount code are not eligible for a refund. These items may still be returned for store credit if they meet the return requirements outlined below. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand our Returns and Refunds policy before making a purchase.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

✔ Unworn and unused, with tags attached and in original packaging

✔ Free from deodorant marks, makeup stains, lint, pet hair, or odours

✔ Neatly folded and returned in original condition

If items are returned with deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or odours, a $10 cleaning fee will be deducted from your store credit. By initiating a return, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

How to Start a Return

By submitting a return request, you confirm that you have read and understood our Returns and Refunds policy. Please print and complete the Returns Form (or include your order number and item details inside the parcel if you don’t have a printer). Returns should be sent via tracked shipping.

Customers are responsible for return postage. The Fit Collection is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Exchanges

All exchanges are processed as store credit once the return is approved, allowing you to place a new order for your desired item.

Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@thefitcollection.com.au

. Faulty items must be reported and returned within 30 days. If confirmed faulty, we will provide a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.

Crease lines from folding during transit are normal and not considered faults.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are issued only for faulty or damaged items, or items purchased at full price without a discount code. Store credits are emailed within 3–4 business days of return approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, socks, hats, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
